Job summary

Elite PT, part of Alliance Physical Therapy Partners, seeks a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join a clinician-led team. You’ll deliver care, assist in assessments, educate patients, and support discharge planning across local clinics.

We offer mentorship, structured growth, AGILE EMR, CEU budget, and a comprehensive benefits package. Travel to local clinics is required as needed to serve patients.

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Commitment to patient-first, integrity-driven care.
• Willingness to travel to local clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care according to standards, physician orders, and care plan.
• Assists in patient assessment and tracks progress within scope of practice.
• Collaborates with evaluating therapists to support treatment goals and outcomes.
• Provides education to patients, families, and caregivers according to the established plan of care.
• Supports discharge planning and goal reassessment with therapist.
• Communicates effectively with care team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Applies appropriate clinical techniques, modalities, and equipment.
• Travels to local clinics as needed.
