Job summary

Back In Motion Physical Therapy in Portland, ME is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led team. You will evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care, while building lasting relationships in a patient-first environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with individualized, evidence-based plans of care
• Build trusted relationships with patients through one-to-one care
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
• Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate

What Your Day Will Look Like

Your day is designed around patient-first, relationship-driven care-not volume for volume’s sake.

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care

Physical Requirements
