Job summary

Boost, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led team in Leawood, Missouri. You’ll practice under a patient-first philosophy with mentorship, structured growth, and the freedom to apply your training.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
• Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate

What Your Day Will Look Like

Physical Requirements
