Angels Care Home Health in Sun City West, AZ is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care programs. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore or maintain patient well-being based on medical referrals and evaluations.

The role requires a current state license, at least two years of PT experience, CPR certification, and Hepatitis profile, plus knowledge of durable medical equipment.
