Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Texas is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans aimed at restoring or maintaining well-being. The PT will assess referrals and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver effective therapy.

Candidates must hold a current state license, have two years of PT experience, CPR and Hepatitis profile, and knowledge of durable medical equipment.
