Advance Rehabilitation Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist focused on orthopedics to join our team in the Southeast. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and provide direct care under established protocols, guiding assistants and technicians while documenting progress and communicating with patients and physicians.

New graduates are welcome. We offer mentorship, an in-house APTA-accredited residency, excellent benefits including 401k, holidays, and paid time

Qualifications

Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current state of Florida Physical Therapy license, CPR certification.
Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills.

Responsibilities

Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines.
Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals.
Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments.
Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies.
