Job summary

Advance Rehabilitation in Georgia is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic-focused outpatient team. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in orthopedics, a drive for growth, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

You will assess and treat patients, document progress, and collaborate with physicians and insurance providers. New graduates are welcome and mentorship is available through our in-house APTA-accredited residency program.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state of Georgia Physical Therapy license, CPR certification.
• Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments.
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies.
