Advance Rehabilitation Physical Therapy in Georgia is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist with a strong orthopedics focus to join our team. Assess patients, develop and initiate treatment plans, provide direct care, and document progress in accordance with established guidelines.

New graduates welcome. We offer a competitive salary range ($75,000–$90,000), sign-on bonuses, mentorship, and an in-house APTA-accredited residency, plus excellent benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Georgia PT license and CPR certification are required.
Experience with exercise, sports rehab, and manual therapy techniques is preferred.
Outgoing and energetic personality is important.
New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
Supervise care provided by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
Complete a written plan of care, set goals, and develop a comprehensive program to attain those goals.
Implement physical therapy treatments and communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians and insurers.

Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
