The role requires a Physical Therapy license and relevant education; you will educate patients and families and supervise the care provided by the team to improve patient outcomes.

• Experience with modalities/therapeutic interventions per standards.
• Ability to educate patients and families.

Education Bachelor's Degree (Required) Master's Degree (Preferred) Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy

Certification/Licensure Physical Therapy License (Required) Experience Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures. Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training. Initiate, develop, and maintain collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes. Productive and efficient in daily operations. Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures. Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $103,376.00 - $149,115.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
