Physical Therapist - Outpatient Therapy with focus on Orthopedics and Injured Workers working at St. Luke's North and Valley locations, employed by Providence St. Luke's Rehabilitation Medical Center

Schedule Details: Supplemental or On Call or Per Diem, Variable Shift

Under the general direction of the Rehabilitation Services Manager, the PT (Physical Therapy) Clinician is responsible for planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. The PT Clinician will work collaboratively with a team that includes other clinicians across disciplines, rehab nurses, and physicians to create the best possible outcome for our patients. All employees are expected to be pleasant, respectful and courteous in all interactions with patients, families, staff, and visitors of the Institute, as well as being a positive representative of the hospital at all times.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement

  • Washington Physical Therapist License

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Physical Therapy experience
