Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. You will assess movement dysfunction, design evidence-based plans, and deliver interventions to improve function and reduce pain.

You will contribute to outcomes tracking, collaborate with a care team, and advocate for patients throughout recovery, with industry-leading education and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

About

Compensation: $80,000 - $90-000 not inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
