Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in physical therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Completion of professional coursework in specialty areas such as EDIS.
• Minimum 2 years of experience within the last 3 years.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted license in any US state.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to military members and families.
• Coordinate with medical staff and support relocation if needed.
• Maintain licensure and safety compliance.
