Job summary

Pediatric Partners, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to work with pediatric clients in St. Cloud. The position splits time between an ABA Center and an Outpatient Clinic, serving infants, children and young adults.

You will assess, plan, document, and adjust therapy while educating families and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. We offer up to $42/hour, a $6,000 sign-on bonus, mileage reimbursement, relocation assistance, paid CEUs, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Minnesota PT license or eligible by start date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop pediatric physical therapy treatment plans.
• Document evaluations, progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Educate parents/caregivers on daily care and strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Manage a pediatric caseload and ensure family communication.

Pediatric Partners is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team of passionate pediatric experts in St. Cloud. Whether you're an experienced PT or a recent graduate, if you're committed to helping children reach their full potential, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate, develop, and implement customized physical therapy treatment plans to restore physical function, relieve pain, or prevent physical dysfunction in pediatric patients
• Write and maintain skilled documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, daily notes, and discharge summaries
• Educate and support parents/caregivers in daily care and long-term strategies
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed based on the child's progress and goals
• Assess natural environments (e.g., home, daycare) and recommend adjustments to support function and independence
• Recommend and provide instruction on specialized equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, braces)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to deliver comprehensive care
• Manage a pediatric caseload and maintain open, consistent communication with families
• Accurately complete billing and documentation for services rendered

Current Caseload Structure

• Approximately 50% outpatient services at our clinic
• Approximately 50% in-house services within 1–2 partnered ABA centers
• Travel within the city to ABA centers is required; mileage reimbursement is provided

What You’ll Bring

• Active Minnesota PT license (or eligible by start date)
