The Program Director is a growth focused leader responsible for building and expanding Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita Health family, in-home therapy services across the Twin Cities. This role will develop referral pipelines, build external partnerships, convert referrals into active caseloads, and recruit and scale multidisciplinary therapy teams. Initially, the Program Director will focus on growing PT, OT, and Speech services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), beginning with referrals through Sevita’s Community Services programs and expanding relationships with other IDD organizations throughout the Twin Cities. Longer term, the role will support expansion into pediatric therapy through partnerships with Sevita’s existing ABA centers. This is first and foremost a business growth and operations leadership role. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder and operator who can establish services in a new market, grow referral volume, and build high-performing teams. A clinical background in PT, OT, or Speech is preferred; discipline-specific clinical oversight will be supported by senior clinicians and discipline leads as the team grows.
