Midtown Oaks Post Acute in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting. Compensation ranges from $60 to $70 per hour based on experience, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time employees.

Both full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available. As part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team, you will evaluate residents, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide evidenced-based therapies

Formación

• Active California PT license or eligibility to obtain
