The ideal candidate holds a PT degree with an active license and 2+ years of SNF experience, collaborating with physicians and therapists to deliver comprehensive care. 35 hours weekly, weekdays, no weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals.
• Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and range of motion.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home.

Salary Range: $45-$48 per hour

Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation
