Usphysicaltherapy2 in Reno, NV is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a busy outpatient clinic. You will assess patients, design treatment plans, and deliver care per established protocols, while collaborating with physicians and staff.

The role offers a base salary of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, opportunities for productivity bonuses up to $10,000, sign-on or relocation assistance, continuing education, and a supportive, family-friendly environment focused on growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum.
• One or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Licensed in Nevada and CPR certified.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.
• Experience in exercise and manual-based skills, McKenzie method, and sports rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients and develops and initiates treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review the patient's condition and medical records to determine the PT treatment required.
• Provides direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Documents findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Holds responsibility for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Completes a written plan of care, develops goals based on evaluation findings, and creates a comprehensive program.
• Implements PT treatment program and provides essential PT treatments.
• Communicates effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 -$100,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
