Job summary

Custom Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Reno/Sparks outpatient clinics. You will assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and ensure documentation compliance while collaborating with a team of clinicians and physicians.

We offer a base salary of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, plus a productivity bonus up to $10,000 and sign-on/relocation assistance of $5,000+. New graduates are welcome; experience in McKenzie technique and sports rehab is valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum.
• One or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Currently registered and licensed in Nevada and CPR certified.
• Outgoing and energetic personality; capable of exercise and manual-based skills.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients and develops and initiates treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review the patient's condition and medical records to determine required PT treatment.
• Provides direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Documents findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Holds responsibility for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Completes a written plan of care and develops a comprehensive program to attain goals.
• Implements treatment program and provides essential physical therapy treatments.
• Communicates with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies.
• Ensure timely documentation, including notes and reports.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 -$100,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
