Wyomissing Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for compassionate and skilled PRN Physical Therapists to join our in-house rehab team!

Responsibilities:

1. Plan treatment for residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing.
2. Ensure all treatment is delivered according to an established plan of care.
3. Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers.
4. Monitor patient responses to treatment interventions.
5. Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulations.
6. Consult with patients to understand their physical condition.
7. Assess and interpret patient evaluations and test results.
8. Develop treatment plans using various techniques.
9. Create personalized, fitness-oriented healthcare programs.
10. Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain and improve mobility.
11. Advise patients on exercise techniques and in-home treatment options.
12. Provide educational information on injury prevention, ergonomics, and promoting physical health.
13. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
14. Document patient care history.
15. Comply with rules, regulations, and procedures.
