Job summary

Professional Physical Therapy is seeking a Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our expanding Northeast network. You will evaluate patients, create individualized plans, provide hands-on therapy, and collaborate with care teams to drive excellent outcomes.

Base Salary:$90,000–$100,000

Total Compensation:$95,000–$120,000

(commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)

New for 2026:Eligible PTs may also chooseup to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE)or a$30,000 retention bonuspaid over four years.
