Professional Physical Therapy in Smithtown, NY is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist (New-Grad Friendly) for a full-time, 40-hour workweek. Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, with total compensation between $95,000 and $120,000 depending on certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives.

New for 2026, eligible PTs may choose up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years.
