Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to help patients recover and return to a pain‑free life.
• Provide hands-on therapy and instruction to patients.
• Communicate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Contribute to the clinic’s success through teamwork, professionalism, and excellence.
