Professional Physical Therapy in Commack, NY is hiring an Outpatient Physical Therapist. You will conduct evaluations, create individualized plans, provide hands-on therapy, and educate patients.

New-Grad Friendly | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Base Salary:$90,000-$100,000
Total Compensation:$95,000-$120,000
(commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)

New for 2026: Eligible PTs may also choose up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years.
