Job summary

Professional Physical Therapy is seeking licensed or eligible PTs to join a growing Northeast network. Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 with total compensation of $95,000 to $120,000, reflecting experience, bonuses and performance incentives.

New for 2026, up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus may be available, paid over time. We offer mentorship, structured onboarding, residency pathways, and nationwide mobility with 200+ clinics

• Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans.

What You'll Do
