Job summary

Consonus Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver person-centered therapy to seniors, helping them regain function and improve quality of life.

You will work within Consonus Rehab's evidence-based programs, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and have opportunities for professional growth within Marquis Companies network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
• Current state licensure or in the process of obtaining licensure.
• CPR Certification (state/location dependent).
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire.
• Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development.
