Job summary

Consonus Healthcare, through Nehalem Valley Care Center, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dedicated therapy team. You will deliver person-centered care to seniors, helping them achieve therapy goals and improve quality of life.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PTA program, current state licensure or active licensure process, CPR, and NPI upon hire. New grads are encouraged to apply; we offer a supportive environment, career growth, and a comprehensive

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure.
• CPR Certification (requirement varies based on State/location).
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire.
• Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development.
• Strives to positively represent their discipline and Consonus Rehab in the community.
