Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state licensure or in process of licensure.
• CPR Certification as required by state/location.
• NPI required upon hire.
• Strong organizational skills for program development.
• Represents Consonus Rehab positively in the community.
• New grads encouraged to apply to grow skills.
