Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist in Port Huron, Michigan, for a full-time, day shift. The position involves delivering prescribed PT services, evaluating patients, and developing treatment plans within department protocols.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current state Physical Therapy license.
  • Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide medically prescribed physical therapy to restore function and mobility.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver interventions including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
  • Document patient progress per regulatory and hospital standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Participate in quality improvement and compliance activities.

Department: Physical Therapy

Shifts Available: Full Time, Days

Pay: $1,584 to $2,217.60 gross per week

Assignment length: 12 weeks

Responsibilities

Provides medically prescribed physical therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary disorders. Performs care in accordance with department protocols, hospital policy, and state and federal regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements.

  • Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
  • Document patient progress following regulatory and hospital standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Participate in quality improvement and compliance activities.
