Job summary

Lake Huron Medical Center is a 139-bed community hospital serving the Blue Water Area with a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services, including emergency care, stroke care, cancer treatment and rehabilitation. The Physical Therapist I position supports patient recovery and participates in multidisciplinary care, with a sign-on offer and a standard daytime schedule.

The role requires a licensed Physical Therapist and a current BCLS certification, working full-time with day shifts.

Qualifications

• Education in Physical Therapy at bachelor, master, doctorate or certificate level.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain.

Responsibilities

• Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.
• Performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal licensing and accrediting requirements.
