Job Title: Physical Therapist (Evaluator)
Location: Washington County, PA
Salary Range: Starting at $43.06/hour, with additional compensation based on experience.
Schedule: Modified Part-Time, self-determined schedule
About The Team: For over 60 years, our Early Intervention program has provided specialized early intervention services for children with developmental delays, including therapies and developmental instruction, directly in the home.
About The Position: As a Physical Therapist/Evaluator, you will provide early intervention services using the Home Based Coaching Model to meet IFSP goals. The role involves assessments in home environments, maintaining confidentiality, and delivering outpatient services at our Bridgeville, PA office. Responsibilities include:
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with PA license, Master's Degree, or DPT with PA license; one year pediatric experience; valid PA driver’s license; excellent communication skills; ability to move children and equipment; pediatric CPR/First Aid; background clearances.
