Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state PT license.

Responsibilities

Job description

Position: Physical Therapist (PT)

Salary Range: $39.2 - $41.78 per hour

Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday, no weekend rotation

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, including range of motion, strength, balance, and functional abilities
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care techniques to promote continued progress and independence
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Stay current with advancements in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state PT license

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in an outpatient or orthopedic setting
