Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to perform initial evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and help patients regain strength, mobility, and function in a full-time outpatient setting.

You will work Monday through Friday, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate records to support ongoing care and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist with a degree from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice physical therapy.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and body mechanics.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Engage in continuing education to stay current in the field.

Job description

Position: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $43.35-$47.63 per hour (with some flexibility)

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' strength, range of motion, and function
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and proper body mechanics
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Stay current with the latest developments and advancements in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
