Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $39.78 - $42.4 per hour

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Weekend Rotation: None

Travel Required: Yes

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition, limitations, and goals
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and collaborate with patients to set achievable goals
• Provide hands‑on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their progress at home
• Communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in a patient's care to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest advancements and techniques in the field of physical therapy
• Travel to various locations to provide therapy services, as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to various locations for patient care
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
