Job description

Position: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $42.40 - $45.26 per hour

Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' individual needs and goals
• Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to help patients improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
• Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to continue at home for long-term improvement
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy techniques and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
