Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Maine to join our clinical team. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week with an hourly salary in the range shown.

You will assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, and guide therapies aimed at restoring mobility and reducing pain. Ideal candidates have a PT credential, current licensure, and comfort working collaboratively with physicians and other therapists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and human movement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the evaluation and patient goals
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and range of motion
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to improve their condition
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Position: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $38.75 - $44 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages who have injuries, illnesses, or disabilities that affect their physical abilities. You will be responsible for creating and implementing treatment plans to help patients regain or improve their mobility and manage pain.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. There may be occasional weekend rotations required. Flexibility in scheduling may be necessary to accommodate patient needs.
