Job summary

Blue Stone Therapy in Omaha, NE is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to help establish a new therapy program within a skilled nursing partnership. You will deliver individualized, patient-centered care in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Join an established Omaha-area team and contribute to program development while providing evidence-based PT to improve mobility and function; licensure in Nebraska required or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Must have Nebraska PT license or be eligible for licensure in Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional performance.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, and safe mobility strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Contribute to the development and success of a new therapy program through teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Nebraska

What You'll Do

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Nebraska
