Job summary

Blue Stone Therapy is expanding our presence in Omaha, seeking a Rehab Director to lead a new therapy team in a skilled nursing partnership. This hands-on role supports daily patient care while developing the program, building facility relationships, and collaborating with regional leadership to ensure compliance and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Current therapy license (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA) or eligibility for licensure in Nebraska.
• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience in a therapy services role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care while supporting the day-to-day operations of the therapy department.
• Serve as an onsite resource and point of contact for therapy staff and facility leadership.
• Support therapy scheduling, caseload management, productivity, and staffing needs.
• Help create a positive, collaborative team environment focused on quality patient care.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with facility leadership and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Support clinical quality, documentation, regulatory compliance, and therapy program expectations.
• Identify day-to-day operational needs and partner with regional leadership for support and solutions.
• Help onboarding, support, and develop therapy team members.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the new therapy program while maintaining an active clinical caseload.

Blue Stone Therapy is expanding our presence in the Omaha area with a new skilled nursing partnership, and we're looking for a Rehab Director to help lead the therapy team. This is a hands-on clinical leadership role for a PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA who enjoys patient care and is ready to take on additional responsibility supporting the day-to-day success of a therapy program.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
