Pride Health is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist to support our client’s medical facility based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This contract opportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

• Interprets physician orders, evaluates patients, and develops treatment plans to achieve both short- and long-term goals.
• Assesses the patient's response to treatment and modifies the plan as needed to meet current clinical needs.
• Participates in discharge planning and provides patients with written and verbal instructions for a home exercise program.
• Documents treatment sessions and the patient’s progress in the medical record accurately and promptly.
• Depending on clinical experience, may supervise and assist students during their clinical rotations.
• Maintains and cleans therapy equipment following department standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Over 1 year of experience.

Additional Information:

• Job Type: Contract – 13 weeks *possible extension*
• Schedule: 5x8 Days – Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 05:00 pm
• Pay Range: $2,600.00 to 2,800.00 weekly

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
