Job summary
Cross Country Healthcare seeks a Physical Therapist to provide therapy services for older adults across the East Bay. This full-time, permanent role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend requirements and may involve travel between work sites and participants' residences.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or higher, CAPTE-accredited PT program, and a current California PT license, plus a valid CA driver’s license and insurance.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $49.18–$73.77 per hour + Benefits
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a healthcare organization serving older adults throughout the East Bay. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend requirement.
The Physical Therapist will provide physical therapy services to participants and may travel between work sites and participants' residences.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
- Current California Physical Therapist license.
- Valid California driver's license, Current vehicle insurance.
- Reliable vehicle and ability to travel between work sites and participants' residences.
- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
