Your contribution

Explain techniques clearly and help patients and caregivers participate safely in care.

Collaborate with the rehabilitation and care team so treatment goals connect with each person’s daily activities. Document evaluations, interventions and progress accurately and promptly, communicate relevant changes, and follow professional standards, safety practices and applicable requirements. The aim is thoughtful, coordinated care that respects each person’s abilities, priorities and dignity.

Schedule and employment

• Permanent, on-site direct-hire opportunity in Pleasant Hill, California.
• 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with weekend rotation listed.
