BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver in-home care and help clients regain strength and independence in their own homes.

This part-time/per diem role offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for professional growth within a trusted home health provider serving the MA area.

Qualifications

• Active MA PT license required to practice in MA.
• CPR certification is required.
• 1+ year of PT experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Document care using mobile EMR.
