Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is looking for a compassionate and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home services. The role offers competitive pay between $75 and $85 per hour, with flexible scheduling for part-time or per diem employees.

Qualifications

• Must have an active MA PT license.
• DPT or MPT degree from an accredited program required.
• CPR certification is mandatory.
• 1+ year of experience preferred; new graduates are welcome.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR.
