Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home services in Concord, Lexington, and Woburn on a part-time / per diem basis. The role offers pay between $75 and $85 per hour plus mileage reimbursement, with flexible scheduling and local visits in your preferred area.

Qualifications

• Active MA PT license.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• CPR certified.
• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome)

• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR
