Job Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental screenings, provide physical therapy services, and consult with families and professionals
• Follow IFSP and develop strategies to meet each child's developmental goals
• Coach families and caregivers on intervention strategies for active involvement
• Provide services in homes, daycare centers, and community settings
• Ensure progress generalization and caregiver participation
• Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and regulations

Requirements

• New Jersey Physical Therapy license
• Experience in Early Intervention or equivalent
• Pediatric experience
• Home-based service experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with technology
