Responsibilities

• Assist therapy staff in solving patient needs and adjusting treatment plans.
• Ensure efficient operations following policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the rehab director on scheduling and staff performance.
• Ensure staff adherence to documentation standards and compliance.
• Maintain a partial clinical caseload as directed by the rehab director.
• Monitor staff documentation to align with guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in assisting the rehab director’s overall supervision of the rehab department including all physical, occupational, and speech therapists, as well as therapy aides.
• Demonstrates leadership in guiding and managing therapy staff, aiding to facilitate a positive atmosphere with staff.
• Assisting therapy staff in problem solving through patient needs and modifying treatment programs as necessary.
• Ensures efficient and effective operations adhering to policies and procedures.

• Assuring staff are adhering to compliance regulations, and documentation standards.
