Qualifications

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements.
• Follow infection-control policies and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive resident care.

Pay Range: $44.00 - $48.00 per hour

Schedule: Primarily Monday to Friday with some weekend coverage
