Qualifications

• Valid NY professional license
• Experience in management is preferred
• Graduated from an approved Occupational, Physical, or Speech Pathology program

Responsibilities

• Assist rehab director in supervising the rehab department including therapists and aides
• Demonstrate leadership to guide and manage therapy staff
• Assist staff in adapting treatment plans based on patient needs
• Ensure efficient operations adhering to policies and procedures
• Collaborate with rehab director on scheduling and staff performance
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and regulations
• Maintain a partial clinical caseload as determined by rehab director
• Ensure therapy staff adhere to documentation guidelines
