This entry-level role involves comprehensive evaluations, treatment plan development, and patient education. Candidates must graduate from an accredited physical therapy program and hold a valid New Jersey PT license. The center offers competitive compensation ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 annually, along with benefits including a student debt benefit program and annual bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/Registration required to start.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; entry-level/New Grad acceptable.

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and appropriately progress individualized treatment plans.
• Provide thorough education to patients and caregivers in an understandable manner, and plan discharge appropriately when medical necessity no longer indicates skilled therapeutic care.
• Participate in departmental initiatives and demonstrate effective communication with all rehab team members.
• Facilitate professional growth, development and overall improvement of departmental performance.
• Perform other professional duties associated with patient care, development of discipline‑specific therapy services, and design of program delivery.
• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/Registration required to start.
• Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; entry‑level/New Grad acceptable.
