NJ Sports Spine & Wellness is seeking motivated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our multi-disciplinary outpatient team.

Responsibilities

• Be a Movement Expert—conduct in-depth assessments of movement and function.
• Create Personalized Treatment Plans tailored to patient goals.
• Implement cutting-edge therapies to improve strength and mobility.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with chiropractors, occupational therapists, acupuncturists, and medical doctors.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, at-home exercises, and prevention.
• Stay current with research by attending conferences and workshops.

• Be a Movement Expert – Perform in-depth assessments to understand patients’ unique challenges, movement abilities, and functional limitations.
• Create Personalized Treatment Plans – Design customized therapy programs based on each patient’s goals, needs, and progress.
• Implement Cutting-Edge Techniques – Use advanced therapy methods, exercises, and modalities to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and overall function.
• Track and Celebrate Progress – Monitor patient outcomes, adjust treatment plans, and keep detailed records of improvements and breakthroughs.
• Be a Team Player – Collaborate with chiropractors, occupational therapists, acupuncturists, and medical doctors to provide the most comprehensive care possible.
• Educate and Empower – Teach patients and their families about their condition, home exercises, and strategies for long‑term injury prevention.
• Stay Ahead of the Game – Keep up with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy by attending conferences, workshops, and seminars.
• Uphold the Highest Standards – Follow ethical and professional guidelines while ensuring patient privacy and dignity at all times.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
