Job summary

SportsMed Physical Therapy is hiring Physical Therapists across New Jersey. The role supports both new graduates and experienced clinicians with strong mentorship, a structured career ladder, and opportunities for leadership and regional advancement.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License required.
• New grads and experienced therapists welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and EMR experience; WebPT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient while developing individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care across populations.
• Maintain collaboration with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Occupational Therapists and other providers.
• Complete notes thoroughly and in a timely manner for collaborative care.
• Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges and improve clinic operations.
• Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives.

What Our Therapists Do

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient while developing individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans

• Maintain high levels of communication with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers to ensure quality patient care
